Marie Lynch is the founder and CEO of Kudos. Marie developed the Kudos offering in response to a demand among clients for faster, more cost-effective and more flexible business development solutions.

Marie has 20 years’ experience in business start-ups, business innovation and growth. She works with a wide range of clients including early-stage entrepreneurial start-ups, SMEs, not-for-profit organisations and community initiatives in the areas of strategy, innovation, business planning, project management and implementation, new business development and funding. Her personal strengths include a practical, results-driven and customer-oriented approach; strong analytical, problem-solving and facilitation skills, and an ability to build strong partnerships

As the driving force behind Kerry Technology Park, she was responsible for identifying, attracting and nurturing businesses to create Ireland's first major technology hub outside the major cities. She is a co-founder and director of The Junior Entrepreneur Programme, a not-for-profit initiative that delivers real-life entrepreneurship skills to over 15,000 primary school children each year. She was also a co-founder of the Young Entrepreneur Programme and Endeavour - an accelerator programme for globally facing technology start-ups.
